The Internee in Academics Directorate shall be responsible for the following assignments during his period of engagement:
Designing, analyzing, and maintaining the databases being administered by the Academics Dept.
Assisting in academic content creation for the digital media (Web TV/Social Media) team.
Reviewing articles, books, and videos on contemporary global affairs.
Researching on contemporary issues.
Writing on contemporary issues.
Monitoring and administering the social media accounts of the institute.
Publishing articles on the relevant platforms.
The standard working week is stretched between 35 to 40 hours on a 09:30 AM -to- 05:30 PM basis. However, subject to any urgency stemming from any unordinary circumstances, it will be expected from the Research Associate to work beyond the standard schedule.
The candidate should have a graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field (journalism, political science, economics, international relations, or another academic field). Prior work experience will be preferred.
The candidate must be fluent in English and possess excellent writing and communication skills, including for both expert and popular audiences.
Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet is mandatory.
