Commodore (Retd.) Muhammad Ishaq visited the office for our Guest Lecture Series on the topic ‘CPEC: Fixing the Planning and Execution gap’.

Commodore (Retd.) Muhammad Ishaq has served in different capacities including operations, planning, administration and training and has also commanded different ships of Pakistan Navy. He has also served as an Advisor on Maritime and CPEC Affairs at the Ministry of Planning Development and Reforms Pakistan. Mr. Ishaq has the unique privilege of authoring the only public made official document on CPEC during his stint as an Advisor to the PD&R Ministry.
