CSCR published its first issue of Stratagem. The theme of the first issue has a regional focus on South Asia. The issue includes research articles, BSNGs Terrorism Database, transcript of a CSCR-organized panel discussion on Balochistan, official synopsis of the NISP 2018-2023 and a book review.
